We try to keep both the range of items and their prices as up-to-date as possible. Despite our efforts, it may happen that a certain product is not in stock or the price information is incorrect. In such a case, the provider always allows the buyer to withdraw from the purchase and provides a mutually beneficial solution.
The sales contract is concluded when the provider confirms it, and the buyer receives a confirmation of the completed purchase. At this moment, all conditions are fixed for both the buyer and the seller.

Payment and delivery

The buyer has the following payment methods available:

  • payment in cash upon collection at the company headquarters (personal collection)
  • payment on delivery (payment on collection)
  • payment with payment cards
  • advance transfer to the company account

We charge statutory default interest for obligations that are not settled on time.
In the event of late payment, we will also charge you the costs of reminders and all the costs of collecting unpaid obligations, which also include attorney`s fees and the costs of court fees and other fees.
Prices shown next to the items. in the online store, they do not include packaging and delivery costs. Packaging and delivery costs are calculated at the time of order and are clearly visible to the customer.

The following delivery methods are available for the customer to pick up the item:

- delivery of shipments by Pošta Slovenije or GLS or another delivery company. Depending on the buyer`s wishes, the delivery person will deliver the shipment to his or another address, as long as this is indicated with the order.
If payment on collection is chosen as the payment method, the buyer must ensure that he has enough cash for payment at the time of delivery.
Costs deliveries are according to the price list of the delivery person. The prices on the online store do not include the cost of delivery. Only this is charged at the time of payment and selection of the delivery method and is clearly visible to the buyer on the order and invoice.
If the delivery person does not reach the buyer at the specified address, he contacts him at the phone number specified in the order.


Returning products or withdrawing from the contract without giving a reason


Pursuant to the provisions of Article 43 of the Consumer Protection Act (ZvPot), the consumer has the right to notify the company that he is withdrawing from the contract within fourteen (14) days of taking over the goods, to the contact email address info@steak.si, without having to give a reason for his decision. A message is considered timely if it is sent within the deadline. The only cost charged to the consumer in connection with withdrawal from the contract is the direct cost of returning the goods. The latter must be returned no later than 14 days after the notice of withdrawal.

Contract withdrawal form



You must return the products undamaged in the unchanged quantity and in the original associated undamaged packaging if it is intended for permanent storage of the product. Products must be returned as a parcel and not as a letter. Products being returned must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice. If you have already paid for the delivered goods, we will refund the purchase price you paid for the returned products.
The return of undamaged goods in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt will be considered a withdrawal from the contract.
In the form for when returning the goods, write your personal account number where the returned amount should be transferred. If your personal account number is not indicated on the goods return form, we will return the money to you by postal order. In the case of payment by credit card, we will return the money to your card.
We will return the money to you as soon as possible, but no later than within 15 days of receiving the returned goods. The return of products within the 30-day period is considered a notice of withdrawal from the contract.

Delivery of products


SHIPPING COSTS
The goods are sent via Pošta Slovenije, with which we have a contract. The price of delivery for the territory of Slovenia is charged according to the valid price list of Pošta Slovenije for business packages. When paying cash on delivery, the post office charges you a redemption fee of EUR 0.96 for shipments worth less than EUR 96, or 1% of the value for shipments worth EUR 96 and more. Delivery is free for purchases over €100. Exceptions are heavier items, such as sand and salt up to a total weight of 50 kg, and items with a volume of more than 1 m3, and items where it is stated that delivery is not free; free delivery does not apply to these items and the delivery price must be negotiated. The delivery price displayed in the order confirmation process includes all delivery costs, which are final. The delivery price for certain products, which due to their weight or volume exceed the standard frames, is calculated per piece. In the event that you enter such products in the basket, the price for their delivery will be displayed in the order confirmation process before confirming the order under the delivery costs. The delivery price listed in the order confirmation process includes all delivery costs, which are final.
For orders worth up to and including €15, we may charge handling costs of order processing and packaging in the amount of €5, which are added to the postage amount.

DELIVERY
All products that are in stock are shipped within 2-7 working days after receiving your order and payment, if they are delivered based on the method of payment by advance invoice. We do not ship goods on Sundays and holidays. In case of special requests, please enter them under the notes at the bottom of the order. In the event that we do not have a certain product in stock, we will inform you about this by e-mail or telephone and agree on the delivery of the ordered product.



Complaints

If the package is damaged during transport, immediately report it to the postman and inform us about the complaint at info@steak.si. In the event that you received the wrong product or a product with a defect, we will replace it or refund your money.



Resolution of disputes and complaints

  • The provider is aware that an essential characteristic of a consumer dispute, at least as far as judicial resolution is concerned, is its disproportion between the economic value of the claim and the costs incurred in resolving the dispute itself . This is also the main obstacle for the consumer not to initiate a dispute before the court. Therefore, the provider makes every effort to resolve potential disputes amicably.
  • If the dispute cannot be resolved, the court at the company`s permanent address is competent to resolve the dispute.
